By accessing or using our website (PouchKing.ph) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. 1. Age Restriction

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If false information is provided, Stavellan International Co. and Solmark Nordics OÜ are not liable for any legal repercussions.

2. Products and Services

  • We make no guarantees about the suitability, effectiveness, or safety of our products beyond their intended purpose.
  • The customer is responsible for determining whether our products are legal in their jurisdiction.

3. Prices and Availability

  • All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • PouchKing.ph reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders due to inaccuracies, or refuse sales at our discretion.
  • All sales are subject to stock availability.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash, Bank Transfer, GCash, E-wallets, VISA, Mastercard, and other major credit cards.
  • Payments must be completed in full before shipment.
  • Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims: If a customer initiates an unjustified chargeback or files a fraudulent claim, PouchKing.ph reserves the right to pursue legal action and may blacklist the customer from future transactions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be provided at checkout.
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, Stavellan International Co. and Solmark Nordics OÜ are no longer responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details. Stavellan International Co. is not liable for misdeliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5.1 International Shipments

  • Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local import regulations, including but not limited to permits, duties, and taxes.
  • Stavellan International Co. and Solmark Nordics OÜ are not liable for:
    • Customs seizures.
    • Unpaid duties or taxes.
    • Delays caused by customs processing.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders confiscated or delayed by customs.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • All sales are final.
  • Refunds will only be issued in cases of:
    • Damaged goods reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (photos/videos).
    • Incorrect items received due to a processing error.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to king@pouchking.ph within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • PouchKing.ph reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests at its discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Stavellan International Co., Solmark Nordics OÜ, and PouchKing.ph are not liable for:
    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
    • Health-related complications or adverse effects from using our products.
    • Financial losses caused by order cancellations, delivery delays, or customs issues.
  • Our total liability will, under no circumstances, exceed the total price paid for the product purchased.

8. Account Security

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details, including username and password.
  • Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to our customer service team.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on PouchKing.ph, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Stavellan International Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.

10. Force Majeure

  • PouchKing.ph is not responsible for delays, damages, or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or labor strikes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
  • Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to regularly review the terms for updates.
