Shipping policy

PouchKing aims to dispatch orders placed before 12 PM on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day. We offer shipping to a wide range of countries, with shipping prices varying by destination. Deliveries can be made to the parcel shop closest to the delivery address or directly to your home, as selected during the ordering process, unless otherwise agreed. Your goods will be delivered via our trusted courier services, including DHL or UPS, with tracking options according to your choice. The local shipping is done through either: LalaMove , J&T , or through our own transportation in which delivery times may vary.

Note: If the designated delivery point is full, your package will be redirected to the nearest available delivery point, and you will be notified accordingly. For any delivery issues, please contact our customer service. Deliveries are made on weekdays & express delivery on weekends, with an estimated arrival of 3-5 business days after ordering. However, J&T shipments arrive generally on the next day for orders within the NCR, and are picked up on the same day with orders placed before 12PM
